About Me
Therapy is a space to reflect, reconnect, and evolve. Serving adults in Georgia & Florida via telehealth.
Who I Am
Hi, I’m Sarah Mings. I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to growth — my own, and others’. Over the years, I’ve come to believe that self-awareness isn’t just healing — it’s powerful.
When we understand what we need, what we value, and what we’re no longer willing to carry, we begin to move through the world with more steadiness and ease. That’s what I want for the people I work with.
My Approach
I bring over 30 years of experience to this work. I’ve studied many therapeutic approaches, but what matters most is how I show up:
Present. Thoughtful. Collaborative.
My sessions are quiet, steady places where you can tune in, feel what’s true for you, and make space for change — whether you’re navigating burnout, boundary issues, anxiety, or a season of growth.
I’ll always honor your pace, your voice, and your capacity.
How I Hold Space
Clients often describe me as warm, intuitive, and deeply steady. I draw inspiration from nature, art, spirituality, and everyday moments of reflection.
I’ve traveled widely and lived fully, and I bring that curiosity and openness into the therapy room. This is work I feel called to do — and I’m honored to do it.
Trusted by Fellow Therapists
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Sarah Mings as a trusted colleague and fellow psychotherapist. She is a deeply experienced, self-employed clinician whose work I genuinely admire. I often refer clients to Sarah when I believe her unique strengths are the best fit — and I do so with complete confidence.
Sarah brings a rare blend of empathy and creativity to her work. She is intelligent, ethical, responsible, and warm — the kind of therapist people can truly trust. Those who work with her are in good hands as they move toward a more mentally healthy and fulfilling life.
